In which places is home delivery offered?

The home delivery service is offered throughout Torrevieja and its surroundings: Guardamar del Segura, Los Montesinos, Orihuela Costa, Pilar de la Horadada, San Miguel de Salinas and Rojales.

Can I receive the service in English speaking?

Yes, our professionals can assist you in English, if you prefer.

Is the service available in Russian?

Our family doctor can offer you care in the Russian language.

How to schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment through this site, by clicking SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT in the main menu, you will be redirected to our clinical application, where you can fill out the necessary fields to schedule your appointment.

What personal data should I provide?

Your name and surname, address and telephone number will be necessary. When it comes to a home service, having your home address is important.

Do I have to sign any consent to receive the service?

You must sign the GDPR, which is the general data protection regulation, which guarantees the rights of people over the control of their personal information, its confidentiality, integrity and availability. It is signed with the aim of guaranteeing the protection of personal data.

You must also sign your consent for certain medical procedures if necessary for your diagnosis and treatment.

 Why do I have to give my email address and agree to receive advertising, WhatsApp and SMS?

Through email and acceptance of advertising, we will send you notifications related to the service such as: invoices, appointment reminders, links for video calls, etc. (we will not send advertising).

How is payment for the service made?

How much should I pay for complementary tests?

Will I receive any confirmation or reminder of my appointment?

Yes, you can receive it by email or WhatsApp if you previously agreed to receive notifications through these means and provided your email address.

If what I want is to do a video consultation, how can I request it?

Schedule an appointment in the top menu, remember that it will redirect you to our clinical application, where you can choose between specialties and whether you want video consultation or in-person care.

Before the day of the appointment, you will receive a link to your email, on which you must click on the date and time of the scheduled appointment, to communicate by video call with the selected specialist. It is important that you have provided us with your email address and have authorized to receive advertising notifications.
